I have been relating with the plant realm for as long as I can remember. Plants are the medicine of the people, it is an honour to claim, reclaim and share this knowledge.

Heart and Palm; the hands are said to be an extension of the heart… everything here is a weaving of heart and palms in unison.

Heart and palm herbals; is the manifestation of and commitment to turning my heart and palms towards the plants.

My tinctures, flower essences and herb-craft are made intentionally using wild-harvested, homegrown and occasionally community sourced fresh plant materials. Relating to the plants has truly deepened my relationship to the seasons and to my own seasons too.

Each plant I touch is alive with its own consciousness, spirit and story.

This work is an aknowledgement of the magic and the mundane and the wholeness of loving both.

the power of apparently influencing events by using mysterious or supernatural forces.

of this earthly world rather than a heavenly or spiritual one.
